The desire of the builders for more leisure and sports areas presented the architects with the task of formally and functionally expanding a perfectly completed project on a steep slope plot. Together with Kramer and Kramer, a new outdoor world was created, with exciting, diverse outdoor areas, such as a garden deck with fitness room or a natural pool with an ornamental pond. Continue building with a big X and a big green plus.

The house itself is strongly characterised by the property topography. The narrow plot is located on a steep slope, at the end of which the house is placed, which is equipped with a flat roof that can be accessed from the garden. That was the basis for phase two. The pool is now connected to that flat roof. In addition, a roof has been designed that floats like a cloud above the outdoor area. Formally very exciting, the roof connects the different areas and also serves as optimal weather protection.

The highlight of the outdoor area is the natural pool without chlorine or salt, whose wildly patterned pool cladding from the exotic Rain Forest Green marble harmonises well with the wooden terrace and surroundings. The natural colours of the water together with the striking pattern of the stone make gentle waves. The stone surfaces were carefully glued to the natural pool and a partition wall was made between the swimming area and the pond.
