Martin Steininger designed a minimalistic building structure for the new headquarters, which features numerous spatial qualities, design highlights and an innovative natural stone-ceramic-glass facade.

The new headquarters of Kramer & Kramer: a spacious showroom with presentation and display areas for high quality outdoor design, a fresh concept store for flowers, plants and accessories, a focussed open-plan office for landscape gardeners and architects with a fancy conference room – and all around a growing nursery with their uniqueTrees®. Kramer & Kramer have constructed a new business card in Zöfing. steininger.architecture designed the modern HQ – with numerous spatial qualities, design highlights and innovationsin technology and material – and a natural stone-ceramic-glass facade.

The original buildings were renovated for the headquarters and extended with a striking, linear new building. Dark exposed concrete elements and a vast glass frontage with staggered, black steel frames characterise the front. The mounted facade from ceramic and natural stone is a special stylistic element. The distinctive ornamentation is pleasantly striking on the otherwise minimalistic structure. A team of experts created a special solution for exactly this. The choice of materials, in combination with the panoramic glazing,creates an exciting alternation between structure, texture, light and shadow.
