All beginnings are difficult: 900 kilograms, to be exact. That's how much weighs the shelf of the AEON collection by Rainer Mutsch, which not only ground the beginning of a successful cooperation, but also the product line "Objects by Breitwieser". However, you can't see the weight - the stabilising struts grow upwards seemingly weightlessly, the shelf boards themselves stretch just 55 centimetres into the room. Equally thinly slooping, but turned into itself, the almost three-metre-long dining table is opposite it, while the wall shelves float over the collection in reduced elegance. Milled each piece from a whole block of Italian Calacatta gold marble, the AEON collection was created under the premise of fully exploiting the static capabilities of natural stone. The designs of Rainer Mutsch translate this task into a clear, harmonious language, make the natural stone look robust, delicate and out of itself. Perfection in natural stone.
