SOPHIA & PANAMA

They are called "Sophia" and "Panama" and hang extremely charmingly from the ceiling: an exclusive collection of lamps that immerses every room in a very special light atmosphere. On the one hand, this is due to the diffuser from the 3D printer, which distributes the light evenly. Mainly, however, on the onyx stones, whose extraordinary structures are completely re-staged by the thin stone walls. The object was peeled out of massive stone blocks in precise fine work, exposed layer by layer; the stone was worked with the milling machine until only a delicate, five-millimetre-thick "skin" remained. A challenge that, however, produces what has not yet been seen. Because now material inclusions and the unique characteristics of each stone come to light wonderfully, and you can recognise: Each lamp is truly unique. This impression is completed by the lampshades reminiscent of hats, which you can freely choose and put on the luminous objects at will - feminine curved with "Sophia", more linear and with more masculine expression with "Panama". And so each of the light objects gets its very own character.
